Refund policy
To receive a full refund of the cost of the rental, the cancellation must occur within 72 hours of the date of your payment. (For example, if you pay on Monday, you must cancel no later than the following Thursday).
If the customer cancels his rental after 72 hours, the rental will be refunded up to 50%.
If the customer cancels within a period of 48 hours before the date of the scheduled event, the total cost of the rental will be non-refundable.
